Great prices and I highly recommend paying for the extra coverage for your tires! This has saved me a few tires paying the extra to ensure if anything goes wrong, they have your back! I appreciate the friendliness and great customer service. Adam is always a pleasure to work with! Keep up the great work gentlemen and lady🫡

This is a shady place. I had a warranty claim with a tire and they said they would take care of everything with Michelin so I didn’t have to worry about about it. They said Michelin would only cover $63 of the warranty claim, but after talking to Michelin, they said they’d cover almost $250. The “support” they offer is just so they preserve their profit. Michelin handled everything and made it easy. On top of that, my car didn’t get checked in for an hour even though I had an appt time. A 15min car appt took over an hour because they chose to prioritize other vehicles first. Once I said something to the customer service person, my car was done in 20min. Go somewhere else, they are dishonest and don’t honor their appt times

Been coming here for years and the crew has always been helpful and professional. There can be a wait while they work on your tires, but they will call or text you once your vehicle is ready, so you can either wait inside or go somewhere nearby. Plenty of chairs available if you choose to stay. The bathroom is clean and the service has always been reliable. Overall, a good place for tire service and maintenance.

5 Stars — As the owner of Gibby’s Decks and Gibby’s Dumper Service, my trucks are the backbone of my business. I can’t afford to be off the road when I’ve got deck builds in Parma or dumpster drop-offs scheduled across Cleveland. I brought my GMC 3500 into this Discount Tire today for a fresh set of tires, and the crew handled it with total professionalism. They understand that for local service pros, time is money. They got my work rig back in top shape so I can get back to hauling lumber and trailers. If you’re a local business owner or veteran looking for reliable service in the area, this is the spot. Fast, fair, and high-quality work—exactly how I try to run my own companies. Thanks again!

I went in today with a slow leak on my passenger tire. They repaired it and rotated my tires for free. Which was an awesome surprise! But that’s not why I’m reviewing them today. The staff were so kind and patient with the people they took care of. I observed them interacting with children, people on cell phones, and people with special needs. Connor and Noah and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure their questions were answered and their needs were met. Thank you for being so kind to strangers today. It made my day.
